3, continuous service for 20 years and less than 30 years, according to my salary of 90%;
4, continuous service for 30 years and above, according to my salary to 95%.
The legal sick leave days are as follows:
1. When employees of an enterprise need to stop working for medical treatment due to illness or non-work-related injuries, they will be given a medical treatment period of three to twenty-four months according to their actual working years and working years in this unit;
2. The actual working experience is less than ten years, and the working experience in this unit is less than five years, which is three months; Six months of more than five years;
3, the actual working life of more than ten years, less than five years in this unit for six months; More than five years but less than ten years and nine months; Twelve months for those who are more than ten years and less than fifteen years.
To sum up, during the contract period, as long as the labor relationship is not terminated, the employer shall not refuse to pay social insurance premiums on the grounds that employees take sick leave.

The employing unit shall declare itself and pay social insurance premiums in full and on time, and shall not postpone or reduce the payment except for legal reasons such as force majeure. The social insurance premiums that employees should pay shall be withheld and remitted by the employer, and the employer shall inform me of the details of paying social insurance premiums on a monthly basis. Individual industrial and commercial households without employees, part-time employees who have not participated in social insurance in the employing units and other flexible employees can pay social insurance premiums directly to the social insurance premium collection agencies.
