How long can I buy a house after Shenzhen social security expires?

Legal analysis: if the buyer is a registered family in Shenzhen, then you can buy the first house without social security; If the property buyer belongs to a non-Shenzhen registered family, he/she needs to provide social security or tax payment certificate for five consecutive years, and he/she can only buy a commercial house if he/she has no room in Shenzhen, and the social security cannot be paid back or paid off.
