Provident fund deposit certificate is issued in the provident fund management center. If the agent of the deposit unit is entrusted, the agent of the unit shall issue the original and photocopy of my ID card and the photocopy of the client's ID card at the same time; If the spouse, parents or children are entrusted to handle it on their behalf, the agent shall also show the original and photocopy of his/her ID card, the original and photocopy of the client's ID card and the original and photocopy of the valid relationship certificate.
