1. The hospitalization expenses during delivery shall be paid by credit card:
(1) The eligible hospitalization expenses incurred by the insured during childbirth shall be paid in full by the employee maternity insurance fund within 4,200 yuan;
(2) 90% of the part exceeding 4,200 yuan shall be paid by the fund, and 10% shall be borne by the individual.
2, pregnancy and postpartum complications credit card settlement. Eligible hospitalization expenses incurred by the insured due to maternity complications shall be paid by the employee maternity insurance fund, and the personal burden shall be 10%.
Maternity insurance reimbursement conditions are as follows:
1. If the working female employees seek medical treatment in this city and give birth locally, the maternity medical expenses will be directly settled in real time in the designated medical institutions. After the maternity medical expenses incurred by female employees in designated hospitals with medical insurance in different places need to be paid in cash, the materials shall be submitted to the medical insurance agency for review and reimbursement;
2. Maternity allowance and one-time nutrition allowance for female employees on the job shall be submitted by the unit manager to the medical insurance agency for review and reimbursement;
3. At the time of childbirth, the employer has paid the maternity insurance premium for female employees in full and on time 10 month (including the month of childbirth).
Legal basis: Article 54 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).
The employer has paid maternity insurance, and its employees enjoy maternity insurance benefits; Unemployed spouses of employees enjoy maternity medical expenses in accordance with state regulations. The required funds are paid from the maternity insurance fund.
Maternity insurance benefits include maternity medical expenses and maternity allowance.
Article 55
Maternity medical expenses include the following contents:
(1) Maternity medical expenses;
(two) family planning medical expenses;
(3) Other project expenses stipulated by laws and regulations.
Article 56
Workers in any of the following circumstances can enjoy maternity allowance in accordance with state regulations:
(1) Female employees enjoy maternity leave;
(2) Enjoy family planning operation leave;
(3) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.
Maternity allowance is calculated and paid according to the average monthly salary of employees in the previous year of the employer.
