In 2022, we will continue to raise the funding standard for residents' medical insurance, reaching the annual 960 yuan for each person.

The per capita financial subsidy standard for residents' medical insurance has been increased by 30 yuan, reaching 6 10 yuan per person per year. This is part of the state subsidy.

At the same time, raise the individual payment standard of residents' medical insurance in 30 yuan, and reach the 350 yuan per person per year. This is the part that individuals should pay.

Clear centralized collection period

In principle, the centralized collection period of residents' medical insurance is determined as September 1 day, 2022 to February 3 1 day, and the overall planning area may be appropriately extended according to the actual collection work, but not later than March 3 1 day, 2023.

Second, who is insured and can enjoy subsidies?

The insured objects are divided into two categories: full-funded insured objects and fixed-funded insured objects.

1. Fully funded insured persons are: destitute dependents (orphans refer to the implementation).

Three, the specific amount of insurance paid by all kinds of personnel?

Ordinary residents

The individual payment standard is 350 yuan per person.

In which: if the payment is made during the centralized collection period, the treatment period is from 2023 1 October1to February 20231; For those who pay after the end of the centralized collection period, the waiting period for treatment shall be set at 90 days from the date of insurance payment, except for those who explicitly stipulate that there is no waiting period for treatment.

Special reminder, ordinary residents should remember to pay insurance in time during the centralized collection period if there is no special reason. Otherwise, you will not be able to enjoy the medical insurance reimbursement treatment at any time after the centralized collection period, but there will be a waiting period of 90 days.

Subsidize the insured object

Fully funded, the insured individual does not pay; The individual payment standard of the insured is 30 yuan per person.

The treatment period is from 2023 1 October 1 to February 20231.

College students (including full-time graduate students)

In principle, college students should participate in residents' medical insurance at the location of the school.

If college students are special personnel such as subsidized insured persons or medical assistance objects, they can choose to participate in the insurance in the identified areas.

Due to repeated enrollment, the medical security department of the school registration place shall promptly notify the medical security department of the original enrollment place to terminate the enrollment relationship.

Double insurance formed after employment shall be promptly notified by the medical security department of the place of employment to terminate the insurance relationship.

On the premise of ensuring the seamless connection with the medical insurance benefits of the students' original insured places, the conditional overall planning areas can adjust the insurance payment period for college students to participate in residents' medical insurance from the academic year to the natural year. If the students in the adjusted overall planning area have medical expenses during their school days, they can directly settle the reimbursement expenses through medical treatment in different places, and the reimbursement ratio is not limited by the provisions on reducing the proportion of medical treatment abroad.

Newborn insurance registration should use my real name and valid identity documents. For newborns who have been insured under their parents' names, their guardians should be required to update the information as soon as possible.

Within 90 days after the birth of the newborn, the guardian shall handle the insurance registration according to the relevant regulations, and after paying the medical insurance premium of the residents in the year of birth according to the regulations, the medical expenses incurred since the date of birth can be included in the scope of medical insurance reimbursement;

When the guardian handles the insurance registration according to the relevant regulations within 90 days after the birth of the newborn, and the year after the birth of the newborn has reached the collection period of residents' medical insurance, the guardian may also choose to pay only the residents' medical insurance fee in the year after the birth. After payment according to regulations, the medical expenses incurred in the year after childbirth can be included in the medical insurance reimbursement, but the medical expenses incurred in the year after childbirth will not be reimbursed.

When the newborn is registered by the guardian according to the relevant regulations 90 days after birth, the policy will be implemented according to the insurance payment and treatment of ordinary residents.

Retired military personnel

Servicemen who have been discharged from active service for less than 3 months, and their unemployed spouses and children who participate in residents' medical insurance, may not be restricted by the time limit for centralized collection and payment. Among them, if the payment is made during the centralized collection period, the treatment period is from 2023 1 October1to February 20231; Those who pay after the centralized collection period will enjoy treatment from the day after the insured payment.

Short-term seasonal workers and flexible employees

Short-term seasonal workers or flexible employees who have participated in residents' medical insurance will participate in employees' medical insurance during the period of enjoying residents' medical insurance benefits. The medical security department should ensure that the insured enjoy the new medical insurance benefits and suspend the medical insurance benefits of the original residents; After the short-term work of the insured, the medical security department will restore the medical insurance benefits of the original residents in time to ensure the effective convergence of benefits.

Other special personnel

Medical assistance targets, religious figures, employees whose medical insurance payment has been interrupted for less than 3 months, personnel whose registered permanent residence has newly moved into our province, returned overseas students, released prisoners, children of floating population, and college students returning home after graduation. Those who are not restricted by the centralized collection period and pay after the centralized collection period will enjoy treatment from the day after the insured payment.
