How much can I get from unemployment benefits?

The amount of unemployment allowance for one month is as follows:

1. The standard of unemployment insurance benefits shall be determined by the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and shall not be lower than the minimum living standard for urban residents;

2, unemployment benefits can receive 6 months, unemployment benefits per person per month in 300 yuan. The maximum amount is not more than 80% of the unemployment benefits, and the total amount of unemployment insurance benefits received is equal to the local unemployment insurance standard multiplied by the number of months received;

3. Due to the difference of economic level in different regions, the standard of unemployment benefits will be different, depending on the social security in official website.

The state establishes social insurance systems such as basic old-age insurance, basic medical insurance, industrial injury insurance, unemployment insurance and maternity insurance, so as to guarantee citizens' right to receive material assistance from the state and society in accordance with the law when they are old, sick, injured, unemployed and have children.

Article 45

Unemployed persons who meet the following conditions shall receive unemployment insurance money from the unemployment insurance fund:

(a) before unemployment, the employer and I have paid unemployment insurance premiums for one year;

(two) the employment is not interrupted because of my will;

(three) registered unemployed and have job requirements.
