Requirements for handling social security materials

Legal analysis: According to the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Social Security Cards, it is necessary to provide the Social Security Card Issuance Registration Application Form, explanations and other materials for handling social security.

Legal basis: Article 7 of the Administrative Measures of the People's Republic of China on Social Security Cards. To apply for the issuance of social security cards, the following materials shall be submitted: (1) Fill in a complete application form for the issuance and registration of social security cards; (2) An explanation of the preparation for the issuance of social security cards; (3) The application fields and application file structures in the card that meet the requirements of the national unified specifications (including the application fields and indicators of local expansion); (four) the card face style designed according to the unified requirements; (five) the measures for the administration of social security cards in this area and the detailed rules for their implementation; (six) other materials required by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
