Process:

(a) personal application. In accordance with the principle of "self-declaration, pay first and then make up", the applicant with his ID card and has activated the financial function of the provincial social security card to the domicile of the human resources and social security workstations (or human resources and social security service centers) to submit an application.

(2) Audit and publicity. The labor and employment management agencies in each district shall review the submitted declaration materials within three working days. For those who meet the conditions for application, the official website of the district's human society shall be publicized for not less than 7 days. For those who have no objection to the public announcement, the relevant information will be entered into the Yangzhou Employment Management Information System.

(3) Audit and disbursement. The Municipal Labor and Employment Management Center will complete the audit within 3 working days, and summarize and formulate the municipal subsidy allocation plan and fund application report on a quarterly basis, and report to the Municipal Finance Bureau for disbursement of the arranged funds.

(d) Funding. The districts (functional areas) labor and employment management agencies receive the financial allocation of funds, the subsidy funds should be sent to the applicant's provincial social security card account in a timely manner.
