Changchun Human Resources and Social Security Bureau main responsibilities:

(a) Implementation of the national and provincial human resources and social security development planning, policy, organization and drafting of the city's human resources and social security of local regulations and Draft regulations; co-ordinate the construction of the city's human resources and social security system; formulate the city's human resources and social security work basic policies and system reform overall plan, prepare the city's human resources and social security career development in the medium and long term overall planning and annual plan and organize the implementation.
