Article 15 (non-payment)

The following medical expenses incurred by the insured are not covered by the overall fund:

(2) Medical expenses arising from work-related injuries (occupational diseases) and childbirth;

(3) Medical expenses incurred in non-designated medical institutions except first aid and rescue;

(four) medical expenses caused by drug abuse, fighting, illegal crimes and other injuries;

(five) self-injury, self-mutilation, drunkenness, detoxification, sexually transmitted diseases (excluding AIDS) and other medical expenses. ;

(six) medical expenses incurred due to plastic surgery, physical defects and infertility treatment;

(seven) non-disease medical expenses caused by the third party's responsibility;

(eight) medical expenses incurred in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and overseas;

(9) Medical expenses due to traffic accidents and medical accidents.

If the traffic accident can provide the relevant certificates issued by the public security traffic management department that the perpetrator escaped or had no third-party responsible person, and has not obtained relevant compensation or compensation, the medical expenses incurred in hospitalization in designated medical institutions can be included in the payment scope of the overall fund.
