According to the provisions of the Department of Human Resources and Social Affairs of Anhui Province:

Since July 1, 2014, Hefei City, the social insurance contribution base is adjusted, and the contribution base of individual participants will be adjusted accordingly.

Employee basic pension insurance premium contribution base can be selected within the range of 60%-100% of the average monthly salary of employees in Anhui Province in the previous year, and the average monthly salary of employees in the province in 2013 amounted to 3,984 yuan.

The monthly contribution base for basic medical insurance premiums for employees is 3984 yuan, of which the unemployed can choose 10% or 6.5%, with a monthly contribution amount of 398.4 yuan or 258.96 yuan; and the freelancers can choose 10%, with a monthly contribution amount of 398.4 yuan.

Unemployed people and freelancers who participate in the basic medical insurance for employees must also pay medical aid, which is 15 yuan per person per month.
