How to replace the new social security card?

The cardholder applies for a replacement card at the Social Security Card Center's service outlets with the original and a copy of his/her ID card, and at the same time signs the business confirmation slip in writing to confirm the application for the card replacement procedure.

After 7 working days of the card replacement procedure, the cardholder will receive the new card at the original processing point with the card replacement voucher and his/her ID card, and at the same time, the old card will be handed over to the processing point, and will be sent to the service outlets of the Social Security Card Center for uniform destruction.
