Is social security deducted from salary?

Social security is not deducted from wages. Social insurance is the part paid by the unit and paid by the employees themselves. It is illegal for the company to deduct wages, as follows:

2. Deducting wages and paying social security can complain to the labor inspection brigade about the enterprise. You can also apply for labor arbitration. If you refuse to accept the ruling, you can also sue;

3. The economic compensation for unpaid social security shall be paid to the workers according to the standard of paying one month's salary every full year. For more than six months but less than one year, it shall be counted as one year; If it is less than six months, economic compensation of half a month's salary shall be paid to the workers. In other words, the economic compensation is one month's salary.
