Can I buy a house in Tianjin without paying social security tax?

On April 20 17, Tianjin introduced a purchase restriction policy. Buying a house in Tianjin needs to meet one of the following three conditions: Tianjin household registration/Tianjin collective registration/36 months from the date of buying a house, paying social security or individual taxes in Tianjin for 24 consecutive months, and not paying off or repaying the loan for more than three months.

Therefore, there is no social security tax in Tianjin, but Tianjin hukou or Tianjin collective hukou is also eligible to buy a house.
