Industrial injury insurance can get the following compensation:

1. If the employing unit pays work-related injury insurance for the employees with work-related injuries in accordance with the law, the employing unit shall pay the wages of the employees with work-related injuries during the paid shutdown period. If the employees are disabled, they will be given a monthly disability allowance and a one-time disability employment subsidy when they leave their jobs.

2. If the employer fails to pay the work-related injury insurance premium for the workers with work-related injuries according to law, it shall also bear all the compensation items that the work-related injury insurance fund should pay to the workers with work-related injuries; That is, medical expenses and rehabilitation expenses for work-related injuries, food subsidies for hospitalization, transportation and accommodation expenses for medical treatment outside the overall planning area, food subsidies for hospitalization, assistive devices for disabilities, living care expenses, one-time disability subsidies or disability allowances and one-time medical subsidies.

3. If the employer fails to declare the work-related injury identification to the employee within one month from the date of the work-related injury accident, the employer shall still bear the relevant expenses such as work-related injury treatment in accordance with the Regulations on Work-related Injury Insurance during this period.

The following expenses incurred due to work-related injuries shall be paid from the work-related injury insurance fund in accordance with state regulations:

(a) medical expenses and rehabilitation expenses for the treatment of work-related injuries;

(2) Hospitalization food subsidies;

(three) transportation and accommodation expenses for medical treatment outside the overall planning area;

(four) the cost of installing and configuring assistive devices for the disabled;
