How many years does it take to buy a house in Guangzhou?

Hello, if you are not registered in Guangzhou and want to buy a house in Guangzhou (except Zengcheng Conghua, which is not limited to these two places now), you must buy social security in Guangzhou for three consecutive years within five years. Note that it is three years in a row. If it is disconnected in the middle, it will be recalculated. You can also choose to buy in Zengcheng or Conghua. These two places are not limited to purchase now, and you can buy them without social security.
