Can newborn medical insurance be transferred to other cities?
1. The guardian of the child should bring the household registration book and social security card to the social security department where the household registration is moved to issue a letter of acceptance of social security relations; Bring the admission notice and the above-mentioned documents to the social security department where the household registration moves out to issue a social security transfer certificate;
2. Then go to the social security department where the household registration is moved, submit the transfer certificate, household registration book and social security card, and apply for social security renewal.
Social security transfer procedures:
1, individual: submit a copy of ID card to the current insured unit;
Now the insured unit: hold a copy of the employee ID card to the local social security to receive information such as the bank account number of the social security center;
2. Individuals: submit local social security account information to the original insured unit;
Original insured unit: handle the transfer formalities with the local social security account information;
Required materials: social security exemption form, local social security account information, and some applications for transfer in different places that need to be written by myself;
3. The local social security association will remit a part of the personal account of endowment insurance to the local social security, and give a transfer form of endowment insurance. Some also have materials such as confirmation letter of fund transfer;
4, the original insured units after completion, the old-age insurance transfer form, fund transfer confirmation letter and other materials to me;
5. Individuals: submit the pension insurance transfer form, fund transfer confirmation letter and other materials to the insured unit;
Insured units: check with the local social security finance department whether they have received the pension insurance transfer form, fund transfer confirmation letter and other materials. If it has arrived, please ask the finance department to stamp the official seal on the transfer bill to confirm the entry;
6. Then fill in the social insurance personal account transfer form (need my signature), hold the insurance transfer form or payment details, and fill it out at the local social security office.
To sum up, the transfer of social security needs to go to the newly insured place to review the transfer application, send an acceptance letter to the original insured place, and the original insured place will go through the transfer procedures, and the new insured place will accept the transfer procedures and funds.

Article 5 of the Interim Measures for the Transfer and Continuation of the Basic Old-age Insurance for Employees of Urban Enterprises
The insured inter-provincial flow of employment, the basic old-age insurance relationship is transferred in accordance with the following provisions:
(1) If the insured person returns to his domicile (referring to a province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government, the same below) for employment, the relevant social security agency at the domicile shall handle the transfer and connection procedures in time.
(two) if the insured fails to return to the place where the household registration is located for employment and insurance, the social security institution shall handle the transfer formalities for him in a timely manner in the newly insured place. However, for men over 50 years of age and women over 40 years of age, the basic old-age insurance relationship should be maintained in the original insured place, and a temporary basic old-age insurance payment account should be established in the new insured place to record all the contributions of units and individuals. Thirdly, when the insured person is employed across provinces or reaches the conditions for receiving benefits in the newly insured place, all the payment principal and interest in the temporary basic old-age insurance payment account will be transferred to the original insured place or the place for receiving benefits.
(III) If the insured is transferred with the approval of the Organization Department of the Party Committee at or above the county level and the administrative department of human resources and social security, and establishes labor relations with the transferred unit and pays the basic old-age insurance premium, it is not subject to the above age limit, and the basic old-age insurance relationship transfer and connection procedures shall be handled in time at the transferred place.
