The social security compensation standards for landless farmers are as follows:

1, male under 45 years old, female under 40 years old, taking the form of employment training;

2. Male 45-60 years old, female 40-55 years old, the annual payment amount is 100-800, the government pays more than 50%, the collective pays 30%, and the individual landless farmers bear 20%;

3. Men who have reached the age of 60 and women who have reached the age of 55 can receive old-age insurance in the month when they lose their land, and individuals do not need to pay;

4, landless farmers pension insurance subsidies:

(1) If more than 30% of the land is expropriated, the basic pension subsidy will be increased per person 10 yuan/month.

(2) 30%-50% of the land is expropriated, and the basic pension subsidy is paid according to 32 yuan/month per person.

(1) Monthly contributions: 20 yuan, 40 yuan, 60 yuan and 80 yuan;

(2) Annual payment: RMB 100 per year to 800 yuan;

(3) Graded payment: 4,000 yuan per person for file A (cancelled), 7,000 yuan per person for file B, 0/0000 yuan per person for file C, 0/8000 yuan per person for file D and 26,000 yuan per person for file E. ..

The compensation conditions of endowment insurance for landless farmers are as follows:

1, the cultivated land per capita after land acquisition is less than 0.3 mu, including 0.3 mu;

2. Land-expropriated farmers 16 years old or above (including 16 years old) are not covered by students at school;

3. Fishermen who lost their lives in the sea and urban residents who became farmers are also included;

4. Among the identified land-expropriated households, the land-expropriated farmers who moved in or did not move out because of marriage, and the active servicemen returned to their original places for independent employment after retiring from active service.

The new rural social endowment insurance combines individual contributions, collective subsidies and government subsidies.

The treatment of new rural social endowment insurance consists of basic pension and personal account pension.

Rural residents who participate in the new rural social endowment insurance meet the conditions stipulated by the state and receive the benefits of the new rural social endowment insurance on a monthly basis.
