There is a fixed text format for issuing social security payment certificates. The so-called "social security certificate" is the certificate of social security relationship transfer when leaving a place. When you leave a company, you must first go through the resignation formalities in the company, and then the company will go to the social security center to handle the local social security payment list (social security relationship transfer form) for you. The social security center does not accept individuals to handle such certificates. Resignation procedure is an obligation that employees must handle when they leave their jobs according to the provisions of the labor law. It is illegal not to handle resignation procedures for employees.

Processing voucher

1, Ministry, provincial and municipal insured units are accepted by the lobby of the Municipal Social Security Bureau (among them, enterprise payment units are accepted by the enterprise insurance window, and other payment units are accepted by the enterprise insurance window).

2. It belongs to the insured unit accepted by the local social insurance office.

3. Self-employed workers go to cities. Regional social insurance institutions.

Units that apply for social security in a unified way do not need to issue certificates.

If your hometown needs your proof that you have paid social security in your work unit, you only need to take your ID card or social security card to print the payment list in the service hall of the social security bureau where you work, so that the staff of the social security bureau can affix their official seals. Just send this official payment list back to your hometown.
