"The insured person can enjoy maternity insurance benefits from the next month 1 day. Persons enjoying maternity allowance must also meet the following conditions:

The maternity benefits that the insured can enjoy are determined according to the payment time:

(1) If the cumulative payment time in the month of birth is less than 1 year, it shall be paid at 30% of the prescribed standard.

Note: No ring/ligation certificate is required (ring is usually applied 3 months after delivery, 6 months after caesarean section, and the ring is checked every 3 months after delivery).
