If the cardholder has reported the loss and cancelled the account, he can directly apply for a new card at the social security one-stop outlets in the province (please call the customer service hotline of China Bank at 95566 for details).

(1) If the cardholder has applied for a replacement card, even if the original card is retrieved, the original card cannot be used again;

(2) After completing the card replacement procedures, the social security card comprehensive service window will no longer accept the cancellation and loss reporting procedures.
