5. The cost of auxiliary apparatus shall be regulated by the people's governments of the provinces and municipalities directly under the central government for the limit of auxiliary apparatus for work-related injuries.

6. Nursing care fee: if you need nursing care after assessing the disability, if you can't take care of yourself completely, 50% of the average monthly salary of the workers on the co-ordinated site; if you can't take care of yourself mostly, 40% of the average monthly salary of the workers on the co-ordinated site; if you can't take care of yourself partially, 30% of the average monthly salary of the workers on the co-ordinated site.
