Shenzhen Bank of Communications Financial Social Security Card

The financial social security IC card launched by Bank of Communications belongs to debit card.

The original social security IC card can still be used, but when the cardholder activates the financial social security card, the original social security IC card will be automatically cancelled, and the financial social security card will inherit all the rights and interests of the original social security IC card. The time when the social insurance benefits are implemented in the bank account of the financial social security card and the time when the original social security IC card is deactivated have not yet been determined.

After receiving the card, the cardholder must go to any branch of Shenzhen Branch of Bank of Communications and activate the social security area and banking area of the financial social security card in accordance with relevant regulations before using the social security card.

Applications for financial and social security cards shall be issued within 20 working days from the date of accepting the application.

If the cardholder needs to change the issuing bank of the financial social security card, he shall go through the cancellation procedures at the original issuing bank of the financial social security card, withdraw the balance of the personal financial account of the original financial social security card, and the original financial social security card shall be recovered and destroyed by the original issuing bank. Then go to the newly selected cooperative bank to apply for social security card, and bear the cost of business card printing.

The validity period of the financial social security card is tentatively set at ten years, and the starting date is the date of issuance on the card face.

Individuals who meet the conditions for issuing financial social security cards can apply at the outlets themselves.

The materials to be submitted for an individual application are:

1. Pacific Financial Social Security ic Card Application Form;

② Receipt of Digital Photos of Shenzhen Social Security Card (if the original photos of social security cards are used, they may not be submitted);

3. The original and photocopy of the applicant's ID card (the photocopy shall be marked as "only applicable to Bank of Communications applying for financial and social security card" and signed by the applicant). People from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan need to provide passes to and from the mainland, and foreigners need to provide permanent residence permits, employment permits and entry and exit border passes. Other documents will not be accepted.
