Each Zhang Zhongxing Financial Social Security Card has two accounts, namely, a social security account and a bank account. The two accounts are independent of each other, and the funds in the accounts cannot be transferred to each other. Among them, e-cert, whose social security account is social security and public employment service rights, has basic functions such as information recording, information inquiry and business handling (more functions are subject to the announcement of local social security bureau); Bank account has the same function as ordinary debit card account, and can handle deposit and withdrawal, transfer and credit card consumption.
