Article 5 of the Interim Measures for the Administration of Social Insurance Registration

Contributing units engaged in production and business shall, within 30 days from the date of obtaining the business license, and non-production and business units within 30 days from the date of their establishment, apply for registration of social insurance with the local social insurance administration organization. Article 6

Social insurance registration shall be managed locally.

Article 7

Article 8

Article 9
