What if the unit pays less than one month's social security?

Legal analysis: if the unit fails to pay social security for one month, it can report the situation to the unit and show the list of missed social security. If the unit promises to pay the missed social security, but does not take action, it can complain to the local social security bureau. If the employer fails to pay the social security fee in full and on time, the social security fee collection agency shall order it to pay it within a time limit or make up for it, and from the date of default, an overdue fine of 5/10000 shall be charged on a daily basis. If it fails to pay within the time limit, the relevant administrative department shall impose a fine of more than 3 times the unpaid amount/kloc-0, and may transfer it from its bank or other financial institution.
