How to cancel social security when employees leave their jobs?

Legal analysis:

If there is no violation of the law, discipline will not be cancelled. But it can be cancelled by resigning. Resignation in hospital establishment is the same as that of ordinary workers. You only need to notify the employer in writing 30 days in advance to terminate the labor contract.

There is no financial compensation for the staff who voluntarily resign in the hospital. After leaving the company, the original company will stop social security, just like other normal employees. If the company has trained its employees and left before the expiration of the labor contract, it will demand compensation for liquidated damages.
