From July 1 day, 2008 to June 30, 2009, the lower limit of the monthly payment base of enterprise employees was 1369 yuan, and the upper limit was 6843 yuan.

Nantong social security contribution ratio:

Pension insurance units pay 20% and individuals pay 8%.

Medical units pay 8% and individuals pay 2%.

Unemployed units pay 2%, individuals 1%.

Individuals pay 0.8% of the maternity unit and do not need to pay.

Individuals pay 0.8% of work-related injuries and do not need to pay.
