3. Persons with disabilities who meet the funding conditions may apply to the street (town) level disabled persons' federations where their household registration is located for funding to participate in urban and rural residential insurance. The Disabled Persons' Federation accepts and verifies the information and submits it to the corresponding social security agency to complete the insurance registration.
