How do rural individuals in Jingzhou, Hubei Province pay social security?

The minimum payment period of social security is 15 years, and you can enjoy a monthly pension when you reach retirement age. But because your parents are from agricultural registered permanent residence, even if you have a job, you can't pay social security benefits until your father's legal retirement age (your mother is over the legal age), so you can't enjoy social security benefits no matter how you join the insurance.

You can buy a new rural endowment insurance at the place where your registered permanent residence is located, and choose the highest grade (1000) to buy it. When you are 60 years old, you can enjoy a monthly pension.
