If the insured person is transferred from the old-age insurance for urban and rural residents to the old-age insurance for urban employees, the storage amount of the personal account of the old-age insurance for urban and rural residents will all be merged into the personal account of the old-age insurance for urban employees, and the payment period of the old-age insurance for urban and rural residents will not be merged or converted into the payment period of the old-age insurance for urban employees. If the insured person transfers from the old-age insurance for urban workers to the old-age insurance for urban and rural residents, the amount of storage in the personal account of the old-age insurance for urban workers is all incorporated into the personal account of the old-age insurance for urban and rural residents, and the payment period for participating in the old-age insurance for urban workers is calculated as the payment period for the old-age insurance for urban and rural residents. If the insured participates in the endowment insurance for urban employees and the endowment insurance for urban and rural residents in the same year, the repeated payment period (calculated on a monthly basis) only calculates the payment period of the endowment insurance for urban employees.

Article 4 If the insured person needs to go through the procedures for connecting the pension insurance system for urban workers with the pension insurance system for urban and rural residents, he shall first determine the place where he receives the benefits in accordance with the relevant provisions of the pension insurance for urban workers, and collect the pension insurance relationship of the pension insurance for urban workers to the place where he receives the benefits, and then go through the procedures for connecting the systems. When the insured person goes through the formalities of system connection, if he is transferred from the endowment insurance for urban and rural residents to the endowment insurance for urban employees, he shall apply for it at the place where he receives the pension insurance benefits for urban employees; From the old-age insurance for urban workers to the old-age insurance for urban and rural residents, an application shall be made at the place where the old-age insurance benefits for urban and rural residents are transferred.

Article 5 If the insured person transfers from the endowment insurance for urban and rural residents to the endowment insurance for urban employees, the amount of storage in the individual account of the endowment insurance for urban and rural residents shall be fully incorporated into the individual account of the endowment insurance for urban employees, and the payment period of the endowment insurance for urban and rural residents shall not be calculated or converted into the payment period of the endowment insurance for urban employees.

Article 6 If the insured person transfers from the old-age insurance for urban workers to the old-age insurance for urban and rural residents, the amount stored in the personal account of the old-age insurance for urban workers shall be fully incorporated into the personal account of the old-age insurance for urban and rural residents, and the payment period for participating in the old-age insurance for urban workers shall be calculated as the payment period for the old-age insurance for urban and rural residents.

Article 7 If the insured participates in both urban workers' pension insurance and urban and rural residents' pension insurance in the same year, the repeated payment period (calculated on a monthly basis, the same below) will only be calculated, and the corresponding individual contributions and collective subsidies will be returned to him.
