3, the original insured location after receiving the "contact letter", the "certificate" and "insured medical insurance coverage change information form" sent back to the city; If there is a personal account, the balance of the personal account will be transferred at the same time: the processing time is 15 working days.

4. After receiving the voucher, information form and personal account balance returned by the agency in the original insured place, each agency will input the information into the business system, and record the transferred personal account amount into the insured person's personal account: the processing time is 15 working days.

Legal basis:

According to Article 23 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), employees shall participate in the basic medical insurance for employees, and the employer and employees shall jointly pay the basic medical insurance premium in accordance with state regulations.

Individual industrial and commercial households without employees, part-time employees who have not participated in the basic medical insurance for employees and other flexible employees can participate in the basic medical insurance for employees, and individuals pay the basic medical insurance premium in accordance with state regulations.

According to Article 7 of the Regulations on Basic Medical Insurance for Urban Workers in People's Republic of China (PRC), the basic medical insurance premium shall be paid jointly by the employer and the employees. Among them, the employer pays 5%-7% of the total monthly salary of its employees, and the rate of employees paying basic medical insurance premium is not less than 2% of their total monthly salary.
