Social security after being expelled from public office

Legal analysis: the working years of civil servants and staff of public institutions before resigning from public office or being dismissed are combined with the working years of re-employment units, that is, they are regarded as the payment years, the actual payment years and the actual payment years after re-employment.

Fifteenth basic pension consists of overall pension and individual account pension. The basic pension is determined according to factors such as individual cumulative payment years, payment wages, average salary of local employees, personal account amount, average life expectancy of urban population, etc.
