3. Participate in medical insurance for urban and rural residents. At present, the basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents is gradually canceling the personal medical insurance account, and it needs to transition to the outpatient co-ordination account.

To apply for a medical insurance card, the insured person needs to bring his/her valid certificate and apply to the neighboring county medical insurance center, which will complete it on the spot; The insured can also apply to the adjacent street medical insurance service point, and the service point will be completed within 3 working days; The insured may entrust others to handle it on his behalf.
