Before leaving the city, the insured person will print his/her "Insurance Payment Certificate" with his/her ID card, resignation certificate (stamped with the official seal of the unit) and the original and photocopy of the social security card to the social security bureau of this Municipality or the social security offices of towns (streets) in this Municipality;

The insured shall apply to the social security institution of the new place of employment for the continuation of the old-age insurance relationship with the "Certificate of Insurance Payment".

8) After receiving the social insurance relationship and funds transferred by the social security agency where the original basic old-age insurance relationship of the insured person is located, the social security agency in the newly insured place shall complete the relevant procedures within 15 working days, and notify the employer or the insured person to confirm in time.
