Before leaving the city, the insured person will print his/her "Insurance Payment Certificate" with his/her ID card, resignation certificate (stamped with the official seal of the unit) and the original and photocopy of the social security card to the social security bureau of this Municipality or the social security offices of towns (streets) in this Municipality;

2. Apply for transfer and connection

The insured shall apply to the social security institution of the new place of employment for the continuation of the old-age insurance relationship with the "Certificate of Insurance Payment".

The following procedures are all handled by the social security agencies of the two places.

3, social security transfer process across provinces

1), go through the formalities for terminating the social insurance relationship with the social insurance agency in the original insured place, and the social insurance agency in the original insured place will issue the Certificate of Participation;

2) I or the employing unit shall carry the original and photocopy of the insurance certificate and the ID card of the transfer personnel to the social insurance management branch of the current payment area (county) to handle the social insurance relationship transfer formalities;

3) After accepting the application, the district (county) social insurance management branch meets the conditions for transfer and connection, and contacts the social insurance agency in the original insured place to handle the transfer and connection business;

4), the insured to the current payment area (county) social insurance management branch to apply for medical insurance relationship transfer business, provide the original and photocopy of my ID card and transfer application;

5) After receiving the written application and the copy of the insured's ID card, the district (county) social insurance management branch will issue an Insurance Certificate for the insured;

6) The insured sends the Insurance Certificate to the social insurance agency for collection;

7) After accepting the transfer application, the social insurance agency in the receiving place shall contact the social insurance management branch of this Municipality to handle the transfer follow-up business;

8) After receiving the social insurance relationship and funds transferred by the social security agency where the original basic old-age insurance relationship of the insured person is located, the social security agency in the newly insured place shall complete the relevant procedures within 15 working days, and notify the employer or the insured person to confirm in time.
