Is Xinxiang Social Security the same as Weihui Social Security?

The proportion of payment is in accordance with the local social security policy, but it must be a large proportion of enterprises. The amount of social security paid by enterprises and the full participation of individuals is definitely different. Payment through the unit generally includes five insurances: pension, medical care, unemployment, work injury and maternity, while personal social security payment only includes pension and medical care. Therefore, some units must pay through the unit.

For the convenience of calculation, if the salary is 2000 yuan/month, the premium to be paid is:

Medical insurance: individual contribution 2000*2%=40 yuan, unit 2000*8%= 160 yuan;

Endowment insurance: 2000 * 8% paid by individuals =160 yuan, and 2000 * 20% paid by units = 400 yuan;

Unemployment insurance: individual 2000* 1%=20 yuan, unit 2000*2%=40 yuan;

Work-related injury insurance: no individual, unit 2000* 1%=20 yuan.

Maternity insurance: none for individuals, unit: 2000* 1%=20 yuan.

Provident fund: 2000*7%= 140 yuan, 2000*7%= 140 yuan.

So the personal total is: 360 yuan and the unit total is: 780 yuan.
