Legal analysis: (1) If the insured person stops paying the basic old-age insurance premium for some reason and continues to pay the insurance premium, he may be allowed to pay the basic old-age insurance premium during the interruption period. (2) Employees who used to work in street enterprises in cities and towns were employed in their original posts after July 1984 as labor contract workers in collective enterprises of the whole people or above the county level. If it is required to confirm that the working hours of the original urban street enterprises are regarded as the payment period, the basic old-age insurance premium will be paid from August 1984. (3) If an enterprise used to absorb rural labor force because of land use, but failed to go through the relevant formalities according to the regulations, and the land acquisition formalities were completed after 1986 10 months with the approval of the land management department, and the labor department went through the recruitment formalities according to the proportion of labor and soil, if it is necessary to confirm the working time of employees from the date when the land management department determined the land use to1September 1986, it will be regarded as the payment period.

Legal basis: Paragraph 4 of Article 2 of the Labor Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Law, if the labor security arbitration institution arbitrates or the people's court mediates or decides to order the employer to pay back the basic old-age insurance premium for the employees during the labor relationship between the two parties, the social security institution may allow the employer to go through the formalities of paying back the premium for the employees according to the relevant legal documents that have legal effect.
