2. Insured units that are unable to register online due to special circumstances can check and print at the counter with the letter of introduction from the unit, the original valid identity certificate of the agent and the original labor security certificate.

(3) If the human resources company needs to provide the insurance payment certificate of the personnel of the agency, it can query and print it online (the unit that has registered online) or at the counter (the unit that cannot register online under special circumstances) according to the labor security certificate number of the human resources company and the secondary code of the agency.

(4) Where an administrative organ, judicial organ and other units apply for a certificate of insurance payment from a unit or individual in accordance with the law for performing their duties, they shall provide a letter of introduction from the unit, the original work permit of the manager or valid identification, the purpose of inquiry and the basis of laws and regulations, and provide it within the scope of their duties according to the designated inquiry object after examination and approval.

(five) if it is necessary to issue a certificate of personal uninsured, it shall be issued according to the name and ID card.
