If the social security card is lost or stolen, it is recommended to call the consultation number 12333 to report the loss. As soon as possible, go to the social security card management section of the municipal social security center to report the loss and reissue it (the medical expenses incurred during the telephone call to the counter will not be reimbursed). Pay the social security card fee to the Agricultural Bank of China on the first floor of the Municipal Affairs Center.

Legal basis:

Article 13 of the Regulations on Minimum Living Security for Urban Residents shall be criticized and educated and given administrative sanctions according to law; If the case constitutes a crime, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law:
