The unit did not pay the social security

You can report the complaint to the local labor security supervisory agency with jurisdiction; or apply for labor arbitration, and ask the enterprise to pay social security. If it is verified that the enterprise has not paid social security to its employees, it will be ordered by the social security administration to make corrections within a certain period of time; if it fails to do so, the employer will be subject to a fine of not less than double and not more than triple the amount of social security premiums payable, and the directly responsible supervisors and other directly responsible persons will be subject to a fine of not less than 500 yuan and not more than 3,000 yuan.

Article 86 of the Social Insurance Law stipulates that if an employer fails to pay social insurance premiums in full and on time, the social insurance premium collection agency shall order the employer to pay the premiums within a certain period of time or to make up the full amount, and shall impose a fine of five ten thousandths of a percent of the amount of the premiums on a daily basis from the date of non-payment; and if the employer fails to pay the premiums after the expiration of the period of time, the administrative department shall impose a fine of not less than twice and not more than thrice the amount of the unpaid premiums.
