Jiangsu Province Social Security Payment Policy Provisions

Before 1, 199 1, 12, 3 1, units and employees themselves can pay the basic old-age insurance premium for employees under the labor contract system.

2, the original enterprise owned by the whole people, collective enterprises in cities and towns above the county/district.

If industries, foreign-invested enterprises and their regular employees, workers with labor contracts, and temporary workers with urban hukou approved by the labor department at or above the county level fail to pay the old-age insurance premium for enterprise employees, the employer may pay the old-age insurance premium from 1992 1.

3. All kinds of enterprises in cities and towns other than those specified in the third paragraph, employees who are expected to form labor relations, employees recruited by the original enterprise ownership units, urban enterprises above the county/district level, and foreign-invested enterprises without the approval of the labor department, the employer and employees shall jointly pay the old-age insurance premium 1996 1.

4. Counties (districts) belong to the following urban collective enterprises, urban street enterprises and urban private enterprises. Their employees can be counted as continuous length of service according to national and provincial regulations, and both employers and employees can make up for it from the month when the old-age insurance for employees with local labor contract system is implemented to the date of 1995 12 3 1.

5. Temporary workers' colleges are enterprise workers with labor contract system, and the old-age insurance for workers with labor contract system is implemented locally. During the period of engaging in temporary work, it can be calculated as continuous length of service according to national and provincial regulations, and both employers and employees can pay fees.

6. The supernumerary staff of private non-enterprise units, social organizations, foundations, legally established law firms, accounting firms and other partnership organizations and institutions can be paid from February 2004 1.

7, township enterprises to participate in the basic old-age insurance for employees, the employer and I can pay from March 6, 2006 +0. (1) 199 1, 12, 3 1 before the implementation of social pooling of fixed employee retirement fees in various places, the former enterprises owned by the whole people, collective enterprises in cities and towns at or above the county (district) and foreign-invested enterprises failed to pay the social pooling fees of fixed employee retirement fees according to local regulations.

(II)19911231Before the implementation of the basic old-age insurance for employees under the labor contract system in various places, if the former enterprises owned by the whole people, foreign-invested enterprises and their employees failed to pay the basic old-age insurance premium for employees under the labor contract system according to local regulations, the employer and employees themselves can pay the basic old-age insurance premium for employees under the labor contract system.

(3) If the former enterprises owned by the whole people, collective enterprises in cities and towns at or above the county (district) level, foreign-invested enterprises and their former permanent employees, workers with labor contracts and temporary workers with urban household registration approved by the labor department at or above the county level fail to pay the basic old-age insurance premium for enterprise employees, the employer and the employees themselves may apply from 1992 1,

(4) All employees of various enterprises in cities and towns other than those specified in Item (3), as well as employees of enterprises owned by the whole people, collective enterprises in cities and towns above the county (district) and enterprises with foreign investment, who are employed for their own use and are not insured without the approval of the labor department at or above the county level, the employer and the employees themselves can apply for insurance from 1996 1.

(5) The county (district) belongs to the following urban collective enterprises, urban street-run enterprises and urban private enterprises, and its employees can be counted as continuous service according to the national and provincial regulations from the month when the local labor contract system employee pension insurance is implemented to 1995 12 3 1 day. Employers and employees themselves can pay the basic old-age insurance premiums for enterprise employees.

(VI) If the temporary workers recruited in accordance with the relevant provisions are converted into enterprise labor contract workers, the period during which they are engaged in temporary workers after the local implementation of the old-age insurance for workers under the labor contract system can be calculated as continuous length of service according to the provisions of the state and the province, and employers and employees themselves can pay the basic old-age insurance premium for enterprise employees.

(7) Private non-enterprise units, social organizations, foundations, law firms, accounting firms and other partnerships established according to law, as well as supernumerary personnel used by government agencies and institutions, employers and employees themselves can pay the basic old-age insurance premiums for enterprise employees from February 1 2004.

(8) If township enterprises have not participated in the basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees, employers and employees themselves can pay the basic old-age insurance premium for enterprise employees from March 2006 1. Among them, the national unified distribution personnel assigned to work in township enterprises and the unemployed in cities and towns who have not reached the statutory retirement age or the age of receiving benefits can pay back the basic old-age insurance premiums for enterprise employees during their original work in township enterprises from 1992 1.

(9) Individual industrial and commercial households with employees can pay the basic old-age insurance premiums for enterprise employees according to the payment methods and standards of enterprises and employees from July 201/year. Individual industrial and commercial households without employees shall pay fees from the month when they participate in the basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees, and shall not carry forward the payment in the next year except as stipulated by the state.

(10) Farmers who have not terminated their labor relations, who are employed as regular employees in their current posts, can pay the basic old-age insurance premiums for enterprise employees according to the employees who engaged in the labor contract system for the last time.

(eleven) other circumstances that can be paid by the state and the province.

In addition to the above circumstances, employers and individuals may not pay the basic old-age insurance premiums for enterprise employees in violation of regulations.

Before1August 3, 9981,the employer and the employee shall pay the basic old-age insurance premium for enterprise employees in accordance with the above methods.
