What are the procedures for the Social Security Bureau to issue pensions?

Three, on the 20th of each month, the financial institutions issuing pensions will feed back the detailed list of unsuccessful personnel to the Provincial Social Security Bureau. Four, from the 20th of each month to the 5th of the following month, the issuing financial institutions shall issue the second basic pension for unsuccessful personnel according to the regulations. Five, the fifth day of the next month, after the second payment has not been successfully issued, the financial institutions that issue pensions should return the deposited funds to the pension fund account of the Provincial Social Security Bureau in a timely manner according to regulations.
