What is the reason why the social security card failed to read the information?

The social security card cannot read the information for the following reasons:

1, the card reading shows that "this person has been insured for many times in this overall planning area". Because the insured has worked in other counties and cities where he is currently insured, if he wants to use the social security card function, he needs to suspend his insurance outside other counties and cities;

2. The card reading shows that "this person has multiple personal numbers in this co-ordination area!" 3. The card reading shows that "the card number does not exist" or "the medical card number in this person's basic information has not been found" or "the card is invalid!" It may be that the information on the social security card of the insured is different from that on the ID card, or that the social security card of the insured is not recorded and enabled in the social security card management system.

Social security card processing flow:

1. If an individual pays social security, he/she will receive a social security card from the successful bidder with his/her valid certificate and personal card;

2, the unit to pay social security for employees, by the employer with the unit letter of introduction and unit card notice to the bid acceptance agency to receive.

Article 58 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Social Insurance Law

The employing unit shall, within 30 days from the date of employment, apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration for its employees. If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay. Employees-free individual industrial and commercial households who voluntarily participate in social insurance, part-time employees who do not participate in social insurance in the employing unit and other flexible employees shall apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration. The state establishes a national unified personal social security number. Personal social security number is a citizen's identity number.
