Can social security reimburse traffic accident expenses?

Car accidents can't be reported to social security. If the accident is a work-related injury or both parties are traffic accidents, it shall be paid by the work-related injury insurance or the perpetrator. Social security can only reimburse the medical expenses that belong to the medical insurance part of my medical expenses, and other expenses cannot be reimbursed. The following medical expenses are not included in the payment scope of the basic medical insurance fund:

(a) shall be paid by the industrial injury insurance fund;

Medical expenses that should be borne by a third party according to law. If the third party is unable to pay or cannot determine the third party, the basic medical insurance fund will pay in advance.
