New regulations on retirement age of enterprise employees in 2023

The policy will be officially implemented from March 1 2022, but the minimum time for delayed retirement shall not be less than one year. At present, the current retirement age of employees in China is 60 for men, 55 for female cadres and 50 for female employees. The retirement age is set at 60. If you want to retire early at 55, you can only get 70% of the pension you get when you retire at 60.

Second, the retirement procedures:

1. Applicants should prepare their ID cards, household registration books, photos and related materials to declare retirement;
