How to transfer social security

Legal analysis: the process of transferring to social security is as follows: 1. Apply to the social security organ of the insured place to transfer the social security relationship and print the social insurance payment voucher; 2. Apply for transfer to the social security bureau of the insured place with the social insurance payment voucher; 3. The social security agency of the original unit agrees to transfer out, and issues a List of Transferred Persons, including the name, ID number, information of the transferred unit, working hours, payment deadline and other information; 4. If the insured place agrees to receive it, the social security relationship shall be merged.

Legal basis: Article 2 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) The state establishes social insurance systems such as basic old-age insurance, basic medical insurance, industrial injury insurance, unemployment insurance, maternity insurance, etc., to protect citizens' right to get material help from the state and society according to law in case of old age, illness, industrial injury, unemployment and maternity.
