Fujian social security payment base gear

The company pays social security for employees, and the payment base is determined according to the local social salary in the previous year. However, the minimum payment level cannot be lower than 60% of social wages, and the maximum payment level cannot be higher than 300% of social wages. General enterprises pay according to the lowest level, that is, 60% of social wages.

Social security is shared by both enterprises and employees, including:

Endowment insurance, 20% for enterprises and 8% for individuals;

Medical insurance, 7.5% for enterprises and 2% for individuals;

Unemployment insurance, 2% for enterprises and 0/%for individuals;

Industrial injury insurance, undertaken by the enterprise1%;

Maternity insurance, enterprises bear 0.8%.
