Procedures for the object:

1, engaged in the production of business units from the date of receipt of the business license Within 30 days from the date of obtaining the business license, or within 30 days from the date of approval of the establishment of non-production units, they should apply for social insurance registration at the local social insurance agency.

2. For inter-regional units, the place of social insurance registration shall be determined by consultation among the regions concerned. In case of disagreement, the place of registration shall be determined by the social insurance administrative organization at the higher level.

Declaration materials:

1, industrial and commercial business license registered by the industrial and commercial administrative organs, approval of the establishment of documents or other approved practice documents;

2, the State Quality and Technical Supervision Department of the unified code certificate of the organization;

3, the legal representative of the enterprise ID card;

4, tax registration certificate;

5. Labor wage manual approved by the Labor and Social Security Department;

6. Employee wage payment form;

7. Labor contract signed between the employee and the enterprise.

Procedure:

1. The unit submits an application, fills in the Social Insurance Registration Form and provides documentary information;

2. The social security agency examines the information submitted by the unit;

3. The social security agency establishes a basic file of the insured units and personnel after the examination and verification is correct. Issuance of the Social Insurance Registration Certificate.
