I changed factories to work. What about social security?

Legal analysis: there are two situations when changing companies to handle social security transfer:

1. If you quit your job, fail to contact your new unit in time to get it, and are unemployed for a period of time, you should ask your original unit to provide proof of termination of the contract, apply for an unemployment certificate to get unemployment insurance money, and transfer the social security files to the social security center for safekeeping. After returning to work, sign a contract with the new unit and no longer receive unemployment insurance benefits. With the employment contract, ID card and social security acceptance letter of the new unit, you can move to the escrow office of the original social security center.

2. Direct job-hopping requires the social security center of the new unit to issue an acceptance letter, the social security center of the original unit to issue a transfer-out approval letter, issue a List of Transferred Personnel, and go to the social security center of the new unit to handle the transfer-out with the required information.

Inter-provincial transfer, the payer or I need to bring my ID card, endowment insurance manual, medical insurance card, application form for inter-provincial mobile social insurance relationship transfer of insured workers and other related materials to the service hall of the social security center of this city, and after settling the personal account of medical insurance, I need to print the basic endowment insurance payment voucher, and then I will submit a written application to the social security agency in the new place of employment with the payment voucher. In line with the conditions of transfer and connection, the social security agencies of both parties shall handle the transfer and connection procedures of endowment insurance and medical insurance within the prescribed time limit, and the insured need not travel back and forth.
