Conditions and standards for receiving unemployment benefits in Shenzhen 2022

That is, eligible insured unemployed people can apply for unemployment benefits, which can be received for no more than 6 months on a monthly basis and up to 6372 yuan.

Application conditions

During the period from June 5438+1 October1day in 2022 to February 3 1 day in 2022, newly insured unemployed persons who meet one of the following conditions may apply for unemployment benefits:

1. Unemployed persons who lose their jobs after the insurance premium expires;

2. Second, the insured unemployed who do not meet the conditions for receiving unemployment insurance benefits.

Distribution standard

Before July this year, the unemployment subsidy standard was 990 yuan/month of unemployment insurance contribution 1 year (inclusive), and 297 yuan/month of unemployment insurance contribution less than 1 year;

After July (including July), the unemployment insurance payment 1 year or above (including) is 1062 yuan/month, and the unemployment insurance payment 1 year or below is 3 18.6 yuan/month.

Note: The standard of unemployment benefits will be adjusted according to the length of treatment from July 2022 (including July), and the benefits before July 2022 will still be paid according to the original standard.
